- 1 – 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
- Lawry’s season salt to taste
- Freeze gluten-free bread.
- Cut with cookie cutter while frozen and spread with filling.
