- 1 package (14 ounces) caramels
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dippers: (you choose)
- Strawberries, grapes, apples, pears, bananas, gluten-free pretzels, gluten- free cake or cookies
- Place ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Remove and stir. Return to microwave and continue cooking 30 seconds to 1 minute or until caramel is melted. Stir until smooth.
